Azerbaijan, OECD advance talks on partnership growth

Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Economy, Samad Bashirli, met with William Tompson, Head of Division, Eurasia, Global Relations and Co-operation Directorate of the Secretariat of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), to explore opportunities to expand partnership.

The meeting reviewed the current state of cooperation between Azerbaijan and the OECD and discussed prospects for further development, Caliber.Az reports via the Ministry of Economy.

In particular, both sides highlighted the importance of joint initiatives in economic reforms, investment climate enhancement, sustainable development, and strengthening institutional capacity.
