Azerbaijan and Oman have discussed opportunities to further strengthen bilateral economic relations during a meeting between Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov and Oman’s Minister of Economy, Said bin Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Saqri.
In a post on X, Jabbarov said the talks underscored the importance of enhancing the legal and contractual framework to promote joint activities. The sides also discussed prospects for establishing an Azerbaijan–Oman Joint Business Council, Caliber.Az reports.

According to the minister, the meeting explored ways to expand cooperation in areas including trade, renewable and traditional energy, investment, tourism, and other sectors.
