Azerbaijan, Oman open door to expanded economic cooperation PHOTO

At the sidelines of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Azerbaijan, Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan, and Khalfan Al-Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning of Oman, held talks on strengthening bilateral economic and investment cooperation during the forum.

According to a post on X by Azerbaijan’s economy minister, discussions centred on the current state of bilateral economic relations, with both sides reviewing opportunities to diversify business ties and expand cooperation in trade, investment and infrastructure development, alongside prospects for joint projects.

Jabbarov said on X that the talks covered “the state of bilateral economic relations, opportunities to diversify business ties, cooperation in trade, investment, and infrastructure, as well as prospects for joint projects.”
