Azerbaijan, Pakistan discuss investment cooperation in Baku meeting

The Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) has held a meeting with a visiting Pakistani delegation in Baku, according to AZPROMO.

During the meeting, participants were briefed on Azerbaijan’s investment climate, infrastructure developed in economic zones, and incentives available to investors, as well as the agency’s key areas of activity, Caliber.Az reports. 

The two sides reviewed potential areas of cooperation, including industrial infrastructure, textile and apparel manufacturing, retail trade, food production, medical technologies, medical tourism, and real estate. They also agreed to continue exchanging relevant information to support future collaboration.

The Pakistani delegation was additionally invited to attend the 2nd Azerbaijan International Investment Forum, which is scheduled to take place in Baku in September.
