Azerbaijan and Pakistan have discussed prospects for investment cooperation and the implementation of joint projects across various sectors.

The discussions took place during a meeting between Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy, Samad Bashirli, as Caliber.Az reports with Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Privatization, Investment Board, and Communications, Abdul Aleem Khan, who is currently visiting Baku.

The meeting highlighted the significant potential for expanding economic cooperation between the two countries. Strengthening trade ties with Pakistan is of strategic importance for Azerbaijan, and the preferential trade agreement signed between the nations is expected to contribute to the development of bilateral relations.
