Azerbaijan partners with Apple to create new digital training center
The Azerbaijani authorities are set to launch a joint project with the American tech giant Apple this year, aimed at establishing a Training and Certification Center in Azerbaijan.
Fariz Jafarov, the executive director of the Center for Analysis and Coordination of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4SIM) under the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy, announced the initiative during a press conference on March 5. The conference covered both the work accomplished in the past year and plans for the future, Caliber.Az reports.
"This year, a Training and Certification Center will be established in Azerbaijan as part of cooperation with the American technology company Apple," Jafarov stated.
Jafarov emphasized the center will focus on training students in the operating systems and software developed by Apple. The knowledge gained through the program would contribute significantly to Azerbaijan's digitalization efforts, he underscored.
“Opportunities to work at the international level will be created for those who have completed the training process,” he added.
