Azerbaijan produces nearly 16 million tons of oil in seven months

Azerbaijan produced 15.54 million tonnes of crude oil, including gas condensate, in January-July 2026, down 3.1% from the same period in 2025, the State Statistics Committee said.

Commercial oil production also declined by 3.1%, reaching 15.50 million tonnes, Caliber.Az reports.

In July 2026 alone, crude oil production amounted to 2.27 million tonnes, down 2.9% year on year.

According to earlier data, Azerbaijan produced 27.68 million tonnes of crude oil, including gas condensate, in 2025, a 4.7% decline from 2024.
