Azerbaijan produces nearly 30 billion cubic metres of gas in seven months

Azerbaijan produced 29.57 billion cubic metres of natural gas in the first seven months of 2026, up 1.1% from the same period a year earlier, according to the State Statistical Committee.

Commercial gas production rose 1% year on year to 22.78 billion cubic metres in January-July.

Gas production in July alone reached 4.39 billion cubic metres, an increase of 3% compared with July 2025.

Azerbaijan produced 50.92 billion cubic metres of natural gas in 2025, 1% more than the previous year.
