Azerbaijan, Qatar discuss enhancing ties in energy, agriculture

Azerbaijan and Qatar have exchanged views on strengthening their partnership in priority sectors, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov wrote on X.

“During our visit to Qatar, we met with the Minister of Commerce and Industry of the country, Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani. We emphasised that strengthening trade ties between Azerbaijan and Qatar and increasing the volume of mutual investments will contribute to the economic development of both countries," Caliber.Az quotes Jabbarov as saying.

Besides, Jabbarov and Al Thani exchanged views on enhancing partnership in priority sectors such as energy, green technologies, agriculture, and infrastructure.
