Azerbaijan represented at Human Capital Forum in Kazakhstan
The International Human Capital Forum convened in Almaty, gathering leading HR specialists and business leaders from across Kazakhstan and the region.
Representatives from government bodies in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan also participated at the invitation of the Kazakh authorities, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The forum focused on modern approaches to personnel management in the public sector, particularly in the context of global digitalisation and innovation implementation. Discussions highlighted strategies to enhance efficiency, adopt new technologies, and transform human resource practices.
Organised by the Association of HR Managers of Kazakhstan, the Human Capital Forum serves as a platform for experts across industries to exchange knowledge and best practices, with the shared goal of advancing personnel management and achieving higher organisational performance.
