Azerbaijan–Romania trade surpasses $600 million in 2025

The volume of mutual trade between Azerbaijan and Romania for January–November 2025 reached $646.75 million, representing a 37.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

The figures were released by the State Customs Committee, as cited by Caliber.Az.

According to official statistics, Azerbaijani exports to Romania rose by 45.4% over the 11-month period, totalling $588.47 million. Exports accounted for 2.51% of Azerbaijan’s total exports (compared to 1.66% in January–November 2024).

At the same time, imports from Romania declined by 12.8%, reaching $58.27 million, which represented 0.28% of total imports (0.36% in January–November 2024).
