Azerbaijan–Russia turnover nears $3.7 billion Details

The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia reached $3.66 billion in the first nine months of 2025, marking a 4.6% increase compared to the same period last year, according to data released by the State Customs Committee.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan’s exports to Russia totaled $883.6 million, up 2.8% year-on-year. Exports accounted for 4.75% of Azerbaijan’s total foreign trade, rising from 4.33% in January–September 2024, Caliber.Az reports. 

Meanwhile, imports from Russia climbed 5.2%, amounting to $2.78 billion. Russia’s share in Azerbaijan’s total imports stood at 16.55%, down from 18.03% a year earlier.
