Azerbaijan’s Azerigas Production Union unveils volumes of gas loss

Sales Director of Azerigas Production Union of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rashad Javadov has said that the gas loss in the distribution network of Azerigas Production Union reached eight per cent from January through July 2022.

“This is 84 million cubic metres or 2.5 per cent less compared to the same period of last year,” Javadov said during "Open Doors" campaign, Report informs.

He noted that loss reached 4.5 per cent in July 2022.

“This is by 0.8 per cent and by 1.7 million cubic metres less compared to the same period of last year,” he added.
