Azerbaijan's Central Bank, IMF discuss cooperation prospects

Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Taleh Kazimov has held a meeting with head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) mission on Azerbaijan, Middle East and Central Asia Anna Bordon in Baku on June 3.

"During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the status of achieving the goals and improving the transmission of monetary policy, as well as improving its framework," Caliber.Az reports, citing the CBA report.

The sides also discussed macroeconomic indicators and development prospects of Azerbaijan, directions of future cooperation and technical assistance with the IMF.
