Azerbaijan’s pavilion starts activity at Expo 2023 Doha PHOTO
Azerbaijan’s pavilion, created jointly by the Heydar Aliyev Centre and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources at the International Horticultural Expo 2023 Doha, started activity on October 2.
Expo 2023 Doha, which will run from October 2 till March 28, 2024, is dedicated to “Green Desert, Better Environment”, according to Report.
The richness of Azerbaijan’s flora is demonstrated in the national pavilion. The plant compositions in accordance with climatic zones were created. The Khari-bulbul flower is demonstrated here.
There are also exhibits and information about Azerbaijani culture in the pavilion. Samples of carpet weaving, coppersmithing, shebeke (windows with colorful glass) and other crafts are showcased at the fair.
More than 70 countries and about 20 international organisations are represented at the exhibition. During the exhibition, visitors will be able to see modern agriculture, technologies and innovations. The exhibition has been organised in Al Bidda Park, one of the biggest parks in Doha.
