Azerbaijan, Saudi Fund for Development mull investments in key sectors PHOTO

Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov met with the CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development and member of the Arab Coordination Group Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, to discuss investments in various economic spheres.

“As part of the OPEC Fund Development Forum, we held a meeting with H.E. Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Marshad, CEO of the Saudi Fund for Development and a member of the Arab Coordination Group,” Jabbarov wrote on X on June 17, Caliber.Az reports.

During the meeting, Jabbarov and Al-Marshad highlighted the necessity of the infrastructure projects implemented by the Fund in Azerbaijan.

The parties also discussed prospects for expanding investment cooperation in key sectors, including industry, green energy, digital infrastructure, transportation, logistics, and other strategic areas.
