Azerbaijan, Serbia discuss energy cooperation prospects

Azerbaijan and Serbia have discussed prospects for electricity and natural gas exports.

This was discussed at the meeting of Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov with Serbian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Dragan Vladisavljevic, Report informs with reference to the Energy Ministry.

The sides touched on friendly relations and strategic partnerships between the countries during the meeting. They emphasised the important role of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Serbia, the signed joint statement and other documents that will contribute to the further development of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Serbia. Current cooperation in the field of energy and future strategic goals were discussed at the meeting.
