Azerbaijan, Serbia mull expanded strategic partnership
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and his Serbian counterpart Marko Djuric engaged in extensive discussions on enhancing bilateral and multilateral strategic partnerships.
The meeting covered a broad range of topics, including political, economic, cultural, humanitarian, and tourism cooperation between Azerbaijan and Serbia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told Caliber.Az.
The ministers exchanged views on advancing trade, energy, and investment collaborations, and reviewed the activities of the intergovernmental commission focused on trade and economic cooperation.
The sides also explored the potential for further utilizing the cooperative framework to benefit both nations.
Additionally, the meeting addressed the post-conflict situation in the region and the ongoing normalization process with Armenia, underscoring the importance of regional stability and diplomatic progress.
