Azerbaijan is promoting its tourism offerings and forging new international partnerships at the PATA Travel Mart 2025, a leading travel trade exhibition taking place in Bangkok.
The initiative is led by the Azerbaijan Tourism Bureau, in collaboration with the Shahdag Tourism Center and other key industry stakeholders, Caliber.Az reports, citing State Tourism Agency.
Representatives from Azerbaijan are actively engaging with visitors at the exhibition, providing in-depth information on the country’s travel experiences and growing tourism infrastructure.
During the event, Noor Ahmad Hamid, Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA), met with the Azerbaijani delegation to discuss recent innovations and emerging trends in the tourism sector.
Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Thailand, Elchin Bashirov, also visited the national pavilion.
Recognised as one of the premier tourism trade events in the Asia-Pacific region, PATA Travel Mart serves as a vital platform for business networking, deal-making, and establishing long-term partnerships within the global travel industry.
