Azerbaijan starts exporting polypropylene to Peru

Azerbaijan has started exporting HB 0356 FR grade polypropylene to Peru for the first time.

The export geography of SOCAR Polymer LLC, a resident of the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park, which is under the jurisdiction of İZİA, is expanding, Report informs citing the Economic Zone Development Agency under the Ministry of Economy.

Thus, for the first time, the company exported polypropylene to a South American country. At the initial stage, 90 tons of products were sent to Peru.

It should be noted that "SOCAR Polymer" LLC is one of the largest investors of the Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park and produces polypropylene and polyethylene on the territory of the park. The products manufactured at the enterprise have been exported to more than 10 countries of the world (China, Poland, Nigeria, Romania, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, etc.) under the brand "Made in Azerbaijan".
