Azerbaijan, Syria set to deepen economic ties with new business council
Azerbaijan and Syria are set to establish a joint business council aimed at deepening bilateral relations and enhancing economic cooperation between the two countries.
The Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO), which announced the initiative, stated that the planned Azerbaijan–Syria Business Council is intended to foster the development of trade and economic ties while creating new opportunities for business engagement, Caliber.Az reports.
As part of the initiative, AZPROMO has invited Azerbaijani companies interested in entering or expanding their presence in the Syrian market. The invitation is open to businesses operating across a wide range of sectors, including trade, investment, information technology, construction, manufacturing, industry, services, and other related fields.
The establishment of the council is expected to serve as a platform for dialogue, partnership-building, and the promotion of mutual economic interests between Azerbaijan and Syria.
