Azerbaijan, Tatarstan explore expanding cooperation, joint projects

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, met with Oleg Korobchenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, to discuss expanding bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.

Minister Jabbarov shared details of the meeting on his social media account, Caliber.Az reports.

“We were delighted to welcome the delegation led by Oleg Korobchenko, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, to our country.

During the meeting, we explored prospects for advancing cooperation across a wide range of sectors, including trade, industry, energy, digitalization, tourism, and small and medium-sized business development.

We also reviewed the progress achieved in establishing the Joint Industrial Zone, as well as the developments related to the vehicle production project and other ongoing initiatives,” the post by Jabbarov reads.
