Azerbaijan, Türkiye discuss holding interregional forum

The Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Azerbaijan Republic (AZPROMO) has announced that Azerbaijan and Türkiye discussed holding an interregional forum.

The delegation of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council of the Turkish Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) held a meeting at AZPROMO, Report informs citing AZPROMO.

Executive Director of AZPROMO Yusif Abdullayev and Chairman of the Türkiye-Azerbaijan Business Council DEIK Kemal Kologlu discussed the issues of expanding trade and economic ties between the business circles of the two countries, the work being carried out in this sphere, as well as the possibility of implementing joint events during the meeting.

The sides exchanged views on organising the Azerbaijan-Türkiye Investment and Financial Forum in Baku in December 2023, the purposes of the AZPROMO export mission to Türkiye in 2024, the holding of Investment Roadshow events in Türkiye, as well as the Azerbaijan-Türkiye interregional forum in the future.
