Azerbaijan–UK trade turnover jumps to over $1 billion in January–November 2025

Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom surpassed the one-billion-dollar mark in the January–November 2025 period, reaching $1,040,522,730. This represents a 62.3 per cent increase compared with the same period in 2024.

According to Caliber.Az, the figures were released by the State Customs Committee.

The statistical data show that Azerbaijani exports to the United Kingdom declined by 30.6 per cent over the 11 months, amounting to $278,396,850. The share of exports in total trade stood at 1.19 per cent, compared with 1.65 per cent in January–November 2024.

In contrast, imports from the United Kingdom rose sharply, increasing by a factor of 3.2 and reaching $762,125,880. The share of imports climbed to 3.6 per cent, up from 1.28 per cent in the corresponding period of 2024.
