Baku, Kyiv explore joint production of pharmaceuticals

Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Economy Samad Bashirli has met with Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Lyashko to discuss deepening cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector, including joint production of medicines.

During the meeting, Bashirli emphasised Azerbaijan’s commitment to strengthening economic ties with Ukraine, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy.

“The discussion focused on opportunities to expand relations with Ukraine across various economic sectors. Trade and investment cooperation were highlighted as key areas of our bilateral relationship,” the ministry said.
