The visit was described as a platform that "opens up broad opportunities for discussing the agenda of bilateral relations and developing partnership at the strategic level."
The sides underlined the importance of deepening cooperation through joint economic and technological projects that would benefit not only Azerbaijan and the United States but also the wider region. The discussions focused on leveraging existing potential to expand economic partnership through collaborative initiatives.
Minister Jabbarov highlighted Azerbaijan’s advantageous geographic location, ongoing reforms aimed at economic diversification, and the country’s efforts to strengthen its non-oil and gas sectors. He also pointed to Azerbaijan’s increasingly favourable investment climate and business-friendly environment as key factors attracting international interest.
A central theme of the meeting was the transformative role of technology, scientific research, and artificial intelligence in shaping modern economies.
