Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia explore trilateral railway ties PHOTO

In Tashkent, Rovshan Rustamov, Chairman of “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC (ADY) under AZCON Holding, met with Zufar Narzullayev, Chairman of the Management Board of “Uzbekistan Railways” JSC, and Lasha Abashidze, Director General of “Georgian Railways” JSC, where they explored avenues for trilateral railway collaboration.

The discussions focused on enhancing railway cooperation among the three nations and improving freight transport efficiency from Central Asia to Europe via the Middle Corridor, Caliber.Az reports via ADY.

Participants highlighted that wider adoption of digital solutions is crucial for boosting cargo flows along the corridor and attracting new shipments.
