Azerbaijani, Armenian FMs commit to ongoing discussions on open issues
According to Caliber.Az, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry issued a statement following the meeting in Almaty.
"The ministers acknowledged the advancements in border delimitation and the agreements reached in this regard. They continued discussions on the provisions of the draft bilateral 'Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia.' The parties agreed to continue negotiations on the remaining open issues where differences still exist," the statement reads.
"During the visit, the ministers held separate bilateral meetings with Kazakhstan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Murat Nurtleu, including discussions in a trilateral format. Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude to the Kazakh side for facilitating negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia," it added.
