Azerbaijani, Caucasus, Central Asian central bank governors explore prospects for partnership
Chairman of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Taleh Kazimov participated in discussions with finance ministers and central bank governors from Caucasus and Central Asian countries during the spring meetings of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington.
The meetings provided a platform for Kazimov and his counterparts to exchange views on various topics, including the main challenges, opportunities, and regional partnership prospects for their respective countries. These discussions aimed to foster collaboration and address common issues affecting the economic landscape of the Caucasus and Central Asian regions, Report informs.
“Within the spring meetings, we engaged in productive discussions with financial ministers and central bank governors from the Caucasus and Central Asian countries.
We exchanged views on the main challenges, opportunities, and regional partnership perspectives of our respective countries,” Kazimov made a post on his X account.
