Azerbaijani energy minister to attend key OTS meeting in Bishkek

Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov will participate in the 4th meeting of the Energy Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), set to take place on September 16 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

According to the Energy Ministry, the meeting will focus on enhancing energy sector collaboration among OTS member states and observers, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Key agenda items include discussions on the "OTS Energy Cooperation Program (2023-2027)," which aims to bolster regional energy partnerships and initiatives.

In addition to the main discussions, Minister Shahbazov is scheduled for bilateral meetings with representatives from various OTS member states to further advance energy cooperation and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

The participation of Azerbaijan's Energy Minister underscores the country's commitment to strengthening ties within the OTS framework and contributing to regional energy security and development.
