Azerbaijani FM to take part in OIC event in Saudi Arabia

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov paid a working visit to Saudi Arabia on March 5.

During the visit, Bayramov will take part and deliver a speech at an Extraordinary Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Caliber.Az.

Foreign Ministers and representatives from the OIC Member States will also attend the event. The event will be held in light of Israel’s continued atrocities in the Gaza Strip, including the attacks in Rafah. The implementation of the decisions reached during the Joint Arab Islamic Extraordinary Summit in November 2023 will be discussed.
