Azerbaijan, Iran explore measures to streamline border-crossing, trade

On December 10, the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan hosted a high-level meeting with a delegation from Iran, led by Masoud Emami Yeganeh, Governor of Ardabil Province.

The discussions centered on measures to accelerate border-crossing procedures, simplify trade and customs operations, and strengthen information exchange between the two countries, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Committee.

The talks highlighted the shared interest of Azerbaijan and Iran in facilitating cross-border commerce and enhancing logistical efficiency at their mutual frontier.
