The Presidents also emphasized the longstanding friendship between Azerbaijanis and Jews, expressing appreciation for the peaceful and harmonious coexistence of the Jewish community alongside other communities in Azerbaijan.
The meeting took place during the annual WEF, now in its 54th year, held in the picturesque Swiss Alpine town of Davos. This year’s forum, themed “Collaboration for the Intelligent Age,” runs from January 20 to 23, focusing on critical global issues such as trade dynamics, economic growth, and international cooperation.
Key topics under discussion include addressing geopolitical shocks, fostering economic growth to enhance living standards, and achieving a just and inclusive energy transition. The forum has drawn approximately 3,000 participants from over 130 countries, including 60 heads of state and government, as well as 900 CEOs from leading global companies.
