Azerbaijani products enter top three on Alibaba sales rankings

Azerbaijani products have, for the first time, entered the top three in global sales rankings on one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms, Alibaba.com.

According to the Centre for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, the products in question are building materials marketed under the Mr.Fix brand, Caliber.Az reports.

Aykhan Gadashov, head of the Azexport.az portal, said e-commerce represents a new reality that Azerbaijani companies must embrace. 

He urged local entrepreneurs to engage more actively with the portal, highlighting free opportunities to promote exports and strengthen the presence of Azerbaijan’s non-oil products in new digital markets.
