Azerbaijani, Qatari entrepreneurs convene in Doha to strengthen economic ties
A round table featuring Azerbaijani and Qatari businessmen was held in Doha, aimed at fostering collaboration between the two nations.
Organized by the Small and Medium Business Development Agency (KOBIA) under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Economy and the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the event received support from Marsol Group and the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs, Caliber.Az reports.
Over 60 entrepreneurs from both Azerbaijan and Qatar participated, representing sectors such as industry, tourism, services, and ICT.
During the event, second Vice-Chairman of Qatar Chamber Rashid bin Hamad Al Athba, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Qatar Mahir Aliyev, and KOBIA Board Chairman Orkhan Mammadov addressed the attendees, discussing the economic and trade relations between the two countries.
The sides highlighted opportunities for enhancing business connections and the potential for collaborative initiatives.
The event also featured B2B meetings where Azerbaijani and Qatari businessmen explored various cooperation opportunities.
