Azerbaijani, Saudi Arabian ministers discuss joint tourism, investment initiatives
Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia have discussed the process of expanding cooperation in the economic sphere.
Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov held a meeting with Minister of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Azerbaijani Economy Ministry told Caliber.Az.
The sides expressed satisfaction with the expansion of trade and economic ties, investment partnerships and business ties between the Azerbaijani and Saudi Arabian business circles. The possibilities of implementing joint projects in industry, energy, infrastructure and other spheres were considered.
The expansion of cooperation in the tourism sector and the process of making investments in this sector by Saudi Arabian companies, the development of ties, as well as measures to encourage economic, investment and tourism potential were discussed at the meeting.
Jabbarov noted that Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia also discussed the process of strengthening the economic partnership.

“During the meeting with Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah, the Minister of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we expressed satisfaction with the dynamic development of relations between our countries.
