Azerbaijani ship connects Indonesia with Australia PHOTO
The Handysize dry cargo vessel Khojaly, owned by ASCO, part of AZCON Holding, delivered a shipment of cement loaded at the port of Tuban (Indonesia) to the port of Kwinana (Australia).

According to Mehman Mehdiyev, Head of the Press Service at Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Closed Joint-Stock Company (ASCO), told Caliber.Az, the cargo was safely unloaded at the destination port, and the vessel is now preparing for its next voyage.

The vessel Khojaly was commissioned on May 27, 2024 and was built in the People’s Republic of China.
It has unrestricted sailing capabilities, with a deadweight of 38,593 tonnes, a length of 180 meters, a width of 30 meters, a draft of 10.47 meters, and a maximum speed of 15.7 knots. Its draft allows it to enter a number of shallow-water ports.
