Azercosmos see decline in export earnings in 2022
From January-November this year, the Azercosmos Space Agency under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan exported satellite telecommunications and optical satellite services to 41 countries worth $24 million.
The data was provided in the November issue of the "Export Review" journal, presented by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, according to Report.
According to the document, this year's exports by Azercosmos are 43.3% less than in the same period last year. Export earnings of Azercosmos accounted for 82% of its total revenues.
The top five export destinations during the 11 months of this year were the UK with $6M, France with $5.3M, Luxembourg with $4M, the UAE with $2.1M, and Pakistan with $1.3 M.
Last month, Azercosmos exported services to 34 countries worth $2.3 million. This is three countries more and 30.3% less than in November last year, respectively.
