Baku, Washington discuss joint investments in AI
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, met with Bruce Flatt, CEO of Brookfield, during his visit to the United States, to discuss investments in information technology and transport.
“During the meeting, we exchanged views on opportunities for joint investments in data centres, artificial intelligence, and modernisation of transport infrastructure,” Nabiyev wrote on Facebook, per Caliber.Az.
Brookfield is a global asset management and investment company headquartered in Toronto, Canada. It specialises in managing and investing in long-term, large-scale assets across real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and private equity.
The company operates worldwide, including North and South America, Europe, and Asia, and is known for infrastructure projects such as energy networks, transport systems, and large commercial developments.
