Belgian envoy impressed by speedy restoration of liberated Azerbaijani lands

Belgian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Michel Peetermans has been impressed by the picturesque view of Kalbajar District, as well as the speedy restoration and construction in this district.

Peetermans made the remarks during his trip to Azerbaijan's Kalbajar district, according to Report.

"When you look at a photo or a map, everything looks completely different, but in real life, all these mountains and landscapes are picturesque," the ambassador said.

The diplomat noted that several Belgian companies are interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan on projects in energy, renewable energy sources, hydroelectric power stations, etc.
