Slovak president pays tribute to Azerbaijan’s heroes at Baku’s Alley of Martyrs PHOTO

On July 15, President of the Slovak Republic Peter Pellegrini, who is on an official visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Martyrs in Baku.

The Slovak President honoured the memory of Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country’s independence and territorial integrity by laying a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument, Caliber.Az reports via state media.

During the visit, President Peter Pellegrini also enjoyed a panoramic view of Baku and was informed about the history of the Alley of Martyrs, as well as the restoration and redevelopment projects implemented in the capital.
