Azerbaijan, Serbia explore cooperation in “Digital Army” PHOTO
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defence has hosted a meeting with a Serbian military delegation, during which the sides discussed bilateral cooperation in areas including the “Digital Army” concept.
The ministry said the Joint High-Level Working Group included Azerbaijani Major General Farid Aliyev, Chief of the Main Department of Military-Technical Supply, and Serbian Major General Slavko Rakić, Head of Serbia's Defence Technologies Department, Caliber.Az reports.
The talks also covered partnership in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, air defence, and unmanned systems, as well as the organisation of joint training programs and military exercises.
The delegations reviewed the current state of military and military-technical cooperation between the two countries.
They exchanged views on opportunities to expand further bilateral ties and cooperation in other areas of mutual interest.
