British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld helped install a mine threat sign in the village of Seyidakhmedli in the Fuzuli region.

According to Caliber.Az, the ambassador wrote about this on his Twitter page.

“To educate the population about the mine threat, we are once again working with UNICEF. As part of a jointly implemented project, new warning signs have been installed in Seyidahmedli,” the ambassador wrote.

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld observed the process of clearing the residential area from mines and explosives in the village of Seyidahmedli, Fuzuli region.

"It is encouraging that the demining work in the returned territories is proceeding at such a rapid pace," the ambassador noted.

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld has got acquainted with the mine clearance work carried out by ANAMA [Azerbaijan's Mine Action Agency] in the Fuzuli district's Horadiz village.

The diplomat wrote about this on his Twitter page on March 13, Caliber.Az reports.

"I am glad that we, as one of the first institutions supporting ANAMA, are successfully continuing our cooperation," the ambassador said.

British Ambassador to Azerbaijan Fergus Auld has visited the Fuzuli district's Horadiz village.

He made the remarks about this on his Twitter page on March 13, Caliber.Az reports.
