Caspian Energy Forum kicks off in Baku PHOTO
The 13th Caspian Energy Forum has kicked off in Baku, bringing together representatives from business, government, and diplomatic missions to discuss the region’s role in the global energy transition.
The Forum focuses on the development of the “Green Energy Corridor” and strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and countries in the Black Sea region in the oil and gas sector, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The main objectives of the forum are to ensure a proper and effective representation of the international energy agenda in the context of COP29 and COP30 events, showcase and support key projects in renewable energy and gas in the region, exchange views on the creation and strengthening of the “Green Energy Corridor” extending to Europe, deepen dialogue between the state, business, and international organizations, attract investments, and expand partnerships in the field of sustainable energy.
