China eyes to boost imports of Azerbaijani wine, fruit juices
Economic and commercial counsellor of the Chinese embassy in Azerbaijan Ma Chi has said that China is interested in expanding the import of wine and fruit juices from Azerbaijan.
“Azerbaijani products are of high quality. Unfortunately, Chinese consumers have no idea about Azerbaijani products. For this purpose, it is necessary to promote Azerbaijani products in China. I think that joint initiatives should be implemented in this sphere,” he told Report.
The value of Azerbaijan's exports to China amounted to $210 million last year, while for 10 months of this year - $240 million, which is about 20 per cent more than in the same period of last year.
