Creation of common digital ecosystem between Azerbaijan, Türkiye will boost e-trade
The creation of a common digital ecosystem between Azerbaijan and Türkiye will facilitate the growth of the e-commerce business between the two countries.
As reported by Trend, this was stated by a Member of the executive board of the Turkish e-commerce platform "Trendyol", Ozan Achar.
According to him, the creation of a simplified unified customs electronic system will significantly increase the indicators of electronic trade turnover between the countries.
"From the point of view of customer focus, we believe that we need to minimize expenses and costs on logistics. This will also facilitate the speeding up of customs procedures and provide the basis for further modernization of other customs systems. Trendyol and Turkish structures are ready to work closely with Azerbaijan on this issue", said Achar.
The executive board member also stressed that it is necessary to take similar steps with Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
"We see the free movement of cargoes and goods between EU countries. We need to implement a similar system", he stressed.
