Czech business delegation explores Azerbaijan’s winemaking heritage PHOTO

Around 50 Czech entrepreneurs have been introduced to the winemaking traditions of Azerbaijan during a visit to the Gabala region.

Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Agency (AZPROMO) said that, with its support, approximately 50 Czech business representatives operating in trade, energy, industry, construction, finance, transport and logistics, ICT, and services visited a winery in Gabala.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the company’s operations, production processes, modern technologies, product range, and export potential. 

Guests were also given a tour of a wine museum located on the winery premises, which is dedicated to the history of Azerbaijani winemaking and the traditions that have shaped it over time.
