Dongfang CEO: New thermal power plant to be one of high-quality projects in region

Chinese Dongfang Electric Corporation General Director Chen Huazhe has said that the new power plant in Azerbaijan will be one of the highest quality projects in the region.

He made the remarks at the foundation laying ceremony of the thermal power plant in Mingachevir, Azertag reports.

"Since the construction of the new power plant is the largest energy project of Dongfang Electric Corporation in the Caucasus region, our company attaches great importance to this issue," Huazhe said.

"We will make every effort to achieve excellence in the design, manufacturing, installation and operation control processes, and we will put all our efforts into completing equipment deliveries on time. DEC will provide full support to achieve successful energy production, construction of a modern and efficient power plant. We will justify the trust and make our contribution to the future of the Azerbaijani people," assured Huazhe.
