29 July 2022 08:30
Electricity prices have updated a historical record in several regions of Norway.
The historical maximum was 4.22 crowns per kilowatt or 424 euros per megawatt, Europower reports with reference to data from the Nord Pool exchange.
Previously, the price record was set in December last year and amounted to 3.95 crowns per kilowatt.
The record price of electricity was recorded in the NO2 price zone, which extends to the southwestern part of the country and includes, among other things, such regions as Telemark, Agder and the southern part of Vestland.
