Energy cooperation takes centre stage in Azerbaijan-UAE discussions

Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates have discussed the development of bilateral energy cooperation, Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said in a post on the social media platform X.

“We held discussions on the development of our energy cooperation with the delegation led by Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Within the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between our countries, we reviewed the current state of cooperation and future prospects in the fields of oil and gas, renewable energy, energy efficiency, regional energy corridors and logistics,” Shahbazov noted.
